1973年7月20日生まれ かに座 A型 北海道出身。大学卒業後約16年日本アイ･ビー･エムでコンサルタントとして勤務。家族との時間を増やしたいとの思いを強くし、ペンション経営に興味を持つ。2013年12月に退職し、ペンション修業のため、日光のペンションアニマーレで支配人を始める。2014年4月に伊豆高原で中古のペンションと出会い、様々な方の協力を得て取得。2014年10月にペンションアニマーレを退職し、伊豆高原に移住。12月27日アースルーフとしてOpen。現在はペンションの傍ら、伊豆高原の約90の観光施設が連携する一般社団法人伊豆高原観光オフィスの専務理事として、事業者の連携や地域活性化の活動に取り組んでいます。
